[Smart LED Screen Display & Touch Control]: Clearly show the Amperage, charging speed, input voltage, delay time, charge safely. For the touch buttons: 1. Pull out the charging gun, otherwise the touch buttons will no respond; 2. Long press "Ⓐ" to switch "Plug-and-Play" or "APP Start" charging modes(You can switch to "Plug and Play" mode if doesn't charge after plugged); 3. Short press "Ⓐ" to adjust the amperage from 16A to 32A by needs.

[Wi-Fi Reset Function, Add New Device Quickly]: If you can't find your device on app or you have replaced your smartphone and wifi environment, you can use the Wi-Fi Reset Function, then you will find the new device and add it to your app quickly! Why can't you choose TYPE1/TYPE2/GBT when buying?

"General" means that this product has three different safety regulations (TYPE1/TYPE2/GBT). Please note the version you need after purchase.

How do different countries choose to charge?

Type1 SAEJ1772 (USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, etc.)
Type2 IEC62196-1,2,3 (Europe, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Russia, Australia, etc.)
GB/T20234.1,2,3-2011 (China, Chinese imported cars, etc.)

How to choose the right power?

1. Each brand of car has a maximum AC charging limit, not all cars meet the 22KW or 11KW charging, please check your car brand confirmation.
2. Different countries have different voltage rules, American standard products usually use 7KW/11KW products, European standard products usually can use 7KW/11KW/22KW. please choose according to the residential voltage environment.

How to install and download the APP?

We will have a detailed product instruction manual inside the package. For your protection please hire a professional electrician to install products larger than 11KW. Portable products usually do not require installation, plug and play.

Why can't photovoltaic products choose the TYPE1/GBT version?

At present, our photovoltaic charging is only TYPE2, the European version. If you want to use type 1. Please purchase a converter (type2 to type1).

How long does it take to charge my EV/PHEV?

The total hours can be calculateld using rated baterry capacity (kWh) divided by charging rate (kW). For instance, vinlen portable charger produces about 3.5kW at 15A. BYD Seal standard battery size ~61.4kWh. The total hours = 61.4 kWh/3.5kW = 17.5hr

This math is too easy. Now, let say how long does it take to charger from 40% to 90% at 3.5 kW charging rate?
(0.9-0.4) X battery size (61.4kWh) / charging hour (3.5kW) = 8.8 hrs
